With the addition of a new production line at a certain dispensing factory, we designed and constructed a dispensing control system that automatically measures and agitates chemicals such as fragrances, pigments, and alcohol.
Since the existing equipment was not completely automatically controlled, it seems that there were cases where defective stock was held due to human errors such as incorrect measurement of the amount of liquid to be agitated, incorrect operation of the valve, and forgetting to close the tank.
Therefore, we have proposed a fully automatic control dispensing system that meets the needs of our customers, such as "preventing work mistakes," "eradicating defective stock," and "improving work efficiency," and we even performed the construction.
